My oil fired Heatslave 20/25 is 15 years old and starting to have multiple problems. Should I expect it to be life expired about now, or should I fix the problems and keep it?

I used to love my 1973 Aga. It is pillar box red and the heart of our home but in this past year I am so disappointed that it only produces heat for cooking (radiant heat for the kitchen) for the 40-50 litres of oil a week, that I am considering getting rid of it.

Thanks for the reply. Ive just filled up my inverter paraffin heater with heating oil so will let you know if I discover any problems. If it works OK, and I dont get too many complaints about the smell, then I could be saving about a third on my paraffin costs.
